I had a special Inauguration dinner for the kids. We ate hot dogs, fries and fruit. And of course for dessert we had cupcakes and homemade vanilla ice cream. We had lots of of fun talking about how lucky we are to live in a democracy and the history that was being made. I really wanted the kids to know that while we might not always agree with our politicians we need to support the offices they hold.Tuesday, February 10, 2009
Inauguration Dinner
I had a special Inauguration dinner for the kids. We ate hot dogs, fries and fruit. And of course for dessert we had cupcakes and homemade vanilla ice cream.
