Easter 2009 was filled with lots of fun! First we celebrated the whole week by doing little activities and stories every night. Tanks Grandma Scates! Then we started off the weekend of festivities with our Easter Party sent from Grandma Chapman. We miss your magic touch. The kids had so much fun making their bunny boxes. Then we died eggs with natures die. We couldn't end the party without yummy bunny cakes and ice cream. On Saturday we went to the Scates family Easter Egg Hunt and lunch. We had so much fun with all the family, and of course ate a great feast. On Easter we got on our new outfits, went to church where we were all reminded of the meaning of Easter. After we got home the looked for their eggs, baskets,treats from Granny & Papa, and surprises from Grandpa & Grandma Scates. We ended with a feast of our own. It was another wonderful Easter.

We had all the eggs going at once. Each pot was different, there was coffee, onion skins, blue berries and beets.
This is our end result. The onion skins and coffee was our favorite.
