Free Family Fun

Samuel in Life Flight.
The whole gang. Lydia did not want help. Josiah was dressed in his piolot outfit and Samuel dressed as a fireman for the occasion.
The future Firefighters of America.

Today we spent the day going to two different family activities. The first was put on by the LDS Church, Wal*Mart and other sponsors. It was held at the chapel in Bentonville. It was all around emergency preparedness. I always think we are somewhat prepared until we go to things like these. The kids loved getting in all the rescue vehicles, and Cuyler loved giving blood. They had free hot dogs, chips, drinks and cookies. It was so much fun, and we learned a lot of new things. Later we drove to Fayettville and went the U of A stadium, "GO HOGS GO". Samuel won energizer bunny slippers and we got to see more football fans than we have ever seen. We might have to start routing for the HOGS this football season. We didn't get to do a lot, there were so many people. But Caleb, Josiah, Samuel and Lydia just had fun looking at all the vendors and collecting whatever they were giving out. Their "treasures" have now found a new home on our sofa.
