Wild, Wild, West

The kids and I followed my parents back to Utah where we would spend the next three weeks out West. We did a total of 5,000+ miles on this little adventure. The start of our trip was our three day journey from Arkansas to Utah. The kids had lots of fun since Grandma rode with us and Caleb and Josiah traded off being in Grandpa's car. Our first day in Utah we spent the day with Granny and Papa eating yummy pizza and going to the Salt Lake City cemetery. Caleb and Josiah have been really interested in family history lately. Then it was off to ID for five days to my sister and her family. They just moved there so it was fun to see their new house and visit with them. While there we when to Jackson Hole, Wy my favorite place. On our way back to Utah we stopped and visited my dear friend and her family who also moved to ID. It was so fun to catch up with her and see her beautiful new home. Back in Utah we visited family and took the kids to the mink ranch. Luckily cousin Chase was near by to take photos since I can't handle the smell. Then again we were off to my parent's cabin for three days. It was so nice to get away to the mountains. Thanks to all the rain we almost didn't get out. Then it was back to Cuyler's parents where he met up with us. The next week we got time just the two of us, family parties and friend parties and a chance to catch up with more of our friends. We had so much fun seeing you all. Now it is your turn to come here.
Granny with kids
Sarah and Lydia made yummy cupcakes

while in Id we got to go see cousin Austin in action, it was lots of fun.

All the cousins under the famous antler arch in Jackson Hole

Grandma Scates, Grandpa Ward and kids at mink ranch. Grandpa gave us a tour. The kids hadn't been to the ranch in a long time and couldn't remember the mink.

They were fascinated with all the babies. The smell was really bad!

While in Utah we went to This is the Place. Josiah paid for a shave.

They loved dipping their own candles

Their favorite part was learning about the Navajo people

Grandpa Chapman with grandkids. We went on lots of rides between rain storms

Lydia with Grandma Scates on the Carousel

We all went miniature golfing.

Our friends put together a barbecue and pool party. It was so much fun to see everyone. What
was really amazing is out of about seven friends in high school there were about 28 kids. Wow! Thanks for all your work and the use of the pool.

Brian, Casey and Cuyler in the pool. Somehow all us girls forgot our suits.

They loved climbing on the rocks

and jumping off.

Good Bye Grandpa and Grandma
Thanks for all the fun!

Good Bye Granny and Papa.
Thanks again to everyone for an amazing three weeks.
